Salsa Chicken
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast (can be frozen!)
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 package fresh salsa (or make your own since it calls for 'fresh')
- 1 can condensed cream of something soup (I used Chicken)
- 1 small container or 1 cup sour cream
- 1 crockpot
- Place chicken on bottom of crock.
- Cover chicken with contents of taco seasoning package.
- Add salsa on top of that.
- Then the soup.
- Make sure chicken is covered.
- Cover crock.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Add sour cream, stir, and heat.
- Serve over rice.
